After your arrival in Jordan, our representative will be by your side to assist you in all procedures inside the airport & will guide you to your transfer.
Then you’ll be heading to your hotel in Amman to rest and get ready for many adventures the
next day.

Start your day by doing cooking class in Beit Sitti to discover the art of preparing local cuisine to fully immerse yourself in Jordan. This restaurant is known for its traditional Jordanian home-cooked meals and authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. Housed in a beautifully restored old house, Beit Sitti offers a warm, intimate vibes where guests can enjoy a range of classic dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. In addition to its delicious food, the restaurant often hosts cooking classes, allowing visitors to learn how to prepare traditional Jordanian dishes from scratch. Beit Sitti is not just a place to eat, but a cultural experience that highlights Jordanian hospitality and culinary traditions.

Later you will visit Jerash: The ancient city of Jerash is one of the most popular attractions in Jordan behind Petra. It is considered one of the largest and most well-preserved sites of Roman architecture in the world outside of Italy and its history goes back more than 6,500 years. The city's golden age came under Roman rule, during which time it was known as Gerasa, and the site is now generally acknowledged to be one of the best-preserved Roman provincial towns in the world.

It's time to enjoy the traditional Jordanian food at a local restaurant in Jerash.

Next, visit Ajloun Castle (Qal'at Ar-Rabad), a 12th-century fortress built by one of Saladin's generals to guard against Crusader forces. Perched high above the hills, the castle offers panoramic views and insight into Jordan's medieval history.

Return to your hotel in Amman for the night.

Start the day by visiting to Amman Citadel, one of the oldest continuously inhabited sites in the world. Your guide will take you through the Temple of Hercules, the Umayyad Palace, and the fascinating archaeological museum. Enjoy panoramic views of the city, perfect for photos and taking in Amman’s layered history.

Next, head down to the Roman Theatre, a remarkably well-preserved amphitheatre that dates back to the 2nd century. Explore the grand seating area, walk across the stage, and learn about its role in ancient Amman as a cultural hub.

After the cultural exploration, dive into the bustling heart of Amman for a taste of authentic Jordanian flavours. Your guide will take you to sample iconic dishes such as falafel, hummus, fattet hummus, Mansaf and the famous shawarma. No meal in downtown Amman is complete without a taste of knafeh for dessert!

Also, stroll through the souks and markets nearby, where guests can pick up spices, handmade crafts, and traditional Jordanian souvenirs.

End the day with the Sommelier Experience in JR, The Sommelier Experience offers a captivating journey into the world of fine wines, guided by an expert sommelier. Participants will explore wine-tasting techniques, learn to identify complex aromas and flavors, and discover the art of pairing wine with food. Through a selection of handpicked wines, each guest will gain insights into the unique stories behind different varietals and regions, enriching their appreciation and enjoyment of wine. This experience is designed to be both educational and immersive, perfect for those looking to deepen their knowledge and love of wine.  

Today, you will visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World (Petra), Take in the captivating splendor of Jordan's most famous landmark, the rose-red City of Petra, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. Walk through the magnificent Siq, a tiny canyon with towering rocks on either side that serves as the dramatic entrance to Petra, for the first 700 meters of your journey.   

Join for an unforgettable culinary journey at Petra Kitchen, where you'll immerse yourself in the rich flavors and traditions of Jordanian cooking. After exploring the breathtaking archaeological wonders of Petra, gather with fellow food lovers for a hands-on cooking class led by expert local chefs. You'll learn to prepare classic dishes like mansaf, magloubeh, and hummus, while discovering the stories behind each recipe. Enjoy the delicious meal you’ve created together and take home a recipe book filled with the dishes you learned to make. This experience is a perfect way to connect with Jordanian culture and savor the tastes of our beautiful country!

Afterward, you'll head to Wadi Rum, a breathtaking desert valley famous for its red sand dunes and towering rock formations. Enjoy a Jeep safari and a traditional Bedouin dinner, known as Zarb. Your overnight stay will be at a camp in Wadi Rum.

You will transfer to (Berenice Beach Club) in Aqaba’s Marine Park; it offers 500 meters of beachfront, premium services, and an in-house coral reef. Guests enjoy excursions, water sports, and dining, along with three pools including an infinity pool with Red Sea views. Free sun beds line the beach, and shaded areas with water mist keep guests cool.

Discovery glass bottom cruise for 2 hours, the boat will do 2 stops, first stop for coral viewing you will see the magnificent corals and the wreck of Hercules C130 airplane from the Glass bottom, second stop for snorkeling on the Japanese Garden dive site. After visiting 2 dive sites the Guests will come back to our resort to have a BBQ lunch in Berenice restaurant to include (Shish Tawooq, Kebab, Fish Fillet, 5 kinds of Salads, Hummus, Mutable, Arabic bread,) soft drink and water and enjoying use our beach outlet. Spend the night in your hotel in Aqaba.
