Distance : 36.8 KM

Driving Time : 37 Min

Overnight : Amman

Welcome to Jordan! Upon your arrival, our friendly representative will be there to assist you with all airport procedures and guide you smoothly to your transfer.

You’ll then be taken to your hotel in Amman, where you can unwind and relax, preparing for the exciting adventures and incredible experiences that await you in this beautiful country. Enjoy your stay and get ready to explore the wonders of Jordan!

Day 02: Amman - Madaba – Mount Nebo – Amman

Distance : 90.3 KM

Driving Time : 2 hr

Overnight : Amman

Your first stop today will be a tour of Madaba, a charming town that blends rural life with religious significance. Known as the “City of Mosaics,” Madaba is a cultural hub for Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics, offering visitors a rich historical experience just a short distance from the capital. The town is home to a number of religious monuments that offer a glimpse into the region's spiritual past.

During your time in Madaba, you’ll visit St. George’s Church, a modest 19th-century Greek Orthodox church that houses a remarkable treasure of early Christianity. In 1884, Christian builders working on the church uncovered the remnants of an ancient Byzantine church. Among the ruins, they discovered an extraordinary mosaic—a map that is now recognized as the oldest known map of Palestine. This historical find offers invaluable insights into the region's past, surviving through centuries of destruction, fire, and neglect.

From Madaba, you’ll head to Mount Nebo, the highest point in the ancient Kingdom of Moab. Tradition holds that this is where Moses viewed the Promised Land before his passing. The site offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Holy Land and holds deep religious significance. Here, you can reflect on the historical and spiritual importance of the place.

Your day will conclude with an overnight stay in Amman, where you can relax and prepare for more adventures to come.

Day 03: Amman – Kerak – Petra

Distance : 256.7 KM

Driving Time : 4 hr 20 min

Overnight : Petra

Today, prepare for an amazing journey through southern Jordan, where history, nature, and breathtaking landscapes await!

Your first destination will be Kerak Castle, a well-preserved fortress located in southern Jordan. Built in the 12th century, this castle played a pivotal role during the Crusades due to its strategic position. Known for its impressive defensive architecture, the castle offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. As you explore, you’ll gain insights into medieval military strategies and the significant role the castle played during the Crusader period.

Then transfer to Petra for overnight

Day 04: Petra visit – Wadi Rum

Distance : 104.6 KM

Driving Time : 1 hr 40 min

Overnight : Wadi Rum

Today, you will have the unforgettable opportunity to explore some of Jordan’s most iconic and awe-inspiring destinations!

Your day begins with a visit to Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. This rose-red city, also a UNESCO World Heritage site, is Jordan’s most famous landmark. As you walk through the Siq, a narrow canyon flanked by towering rock formations, you’ll be led to the heart of Petra. This dramatic entrance sets the stage for your exploration of the ancient Nabatean city, with its intricate tombs, temples, and monuments carved directly into the rock.

Next, you’ll visit Little Petra (Beidha), an archaeological site that offers a glimpse into the ancient world, similar to Petra but on a smaller scale. The journey through the Cold Siq in Little Petra is slightly narrower than the Siq in Petra, but just as captivating. As you walk through this passage, you’ll discover ancient ruins and relics that echo the grandeur of Petra, but with a more intimate feel.

Afterward, you’ll head to Wadi Rum, a stunning desert valley known for its majestic red sand dunes and towering sandstone formations. Often referred to as “The Valley of the Moon,” Wadi Rum offers one of the most serene and otherworldly landscapes in the world. Here, you’ll embark on an exciting Jeep safari, exploring the vast desert and its remarkable natural beauty. As the sun sets, enjoy a traditional Bedouin dinner, known as Zarb, cooked in an underground oven, while gazing at the stars above.

Your day will end with an overnight stay at a Bedouin camp in Wadi Rum, where you can unwind and take in the tranquility of the desert night.

Day 05:  Wadi Rum - Aqaba Visit

Distance : 63.3 KM

Driving Time : 54 min

Overnight : Aqaba

After your adventure in the desert, it’s time to unwind and recharge in Aqaba, a beautiful coastal city on the shores of the Red Sea.

Aqaba offers a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. Spend your day soaking up the sun on the pristine sandy beaches, or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea, renowned for its vibrant marine life and excellent snorkeling and diving opportunities. If you’re in the mood for some local culture, wander through the bustling markets, where you can find unique souvenirs and enjoy fresh seafood at one of the many seaside restaurants.

The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views make Aqaba the perfect destination for a relaxing break. Your day will conclude with an overnight stay in Aqaba, where you can enjoy the gentle sea breeze and the charm of this coastal gem.

Day 06: Aqaba – Dead Sea

Distance : 264.4 KM

Driving Time : 3 hr 6 min

Overnight : Dead Sea

After a delightful breakfast, you'll embark on a scenic journey to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth.

Upon arrival, spend the day indulging in the therapeutic qualities of the Dead Sea. Take a leisurely dip in the mineral-rich waters, known for their unique buoyancy, allowing you to float effortlessly on the surface. Don’t miss the chance to apply the mineral-rich mud to your skin, as it is renowned for its healing properties. Whether you’re relaxing on the beach or enjoying the calming waters, the Dead Sea provides the perfect environment to unwind and rejuvenate.

After a day of relaxation, you’ll enjoy a peaceful overnight stay by the Dead Sea, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for the next adventure.

Day 07: Dead Sea – Queen Alia international Airport

Distance : 61.8 KM

Driving Time : 55 min

We hope you had an unforgettable experience in Jordan, filled with rich history, stunning landscapes, and cultural wonders.

As your journey comes to an end, you will be driven from the Dead Sea to Queen Alia International Airport in Amman. Essential Travel Tips and FAQs

Driver vs. Guide: Do I Need a Guide?

While your driver may not be a certified guide, they have a great understanding of the country and its traditions, and they can share some wonderful insights about the places you'll explore. For important sites like Jerash and Petra, we'll make sure to provide a local certified guide to enhance your experience. If you'd love to have a professional guide accompanying you throughout your entire adventure, we can gladly arrange that for an extra fee!"

Passport/Visa Information To Travel to Jordan

Make sure your passport is valid and has at least six months remaining before it expires beyond your trip's end date. Most visitors can easily purchase a Tourist Visa upon arrival at any airport, port, or border—except for the King Hussein/Allenby Bridge border, where you'll need to arrange your visa in advance.
Depending on your nationality, you might have to obtain your visa before your arrival, so it’s a good idea to check the latest requirements at www.visitjordan.com or get in touch with your local Jordanian Embassy.

A single-entry visa costs JD40, but with Adore Jordan visa fees are already included in all our packages for free as long as you provide your passport details ahead of time! When you land, our friendly representative will be waiting for you at the airport with a sign showing your name, ready to assist you with all the necessary formalities before you pass through immigration
