Your first destination will be Jerash: The ancient city of Jerash is one of the most popular attractions in Jordan after Petra. It is considered one of the largest and most well-preserved examples of Roman architecture in the world outside of Italy, with a history spanning more than 6,500 years.
The city’s golden age came under Roman rule, during which it was known as Gerasa. Today, it is recognized as one of the best-preserved Roman provincial towns in the world.
